Aperture CX is a brand of Cutforth Consulting, LLC ("Aperture CX," "we," "us," "our"). This policy explains what information we collect on aperture-cx.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect

When you book a Clarity Call or live coaching session: your first and last name, email, phone number if you give it, and anything you type into the booking form, like what's straining your team right now.

When you pay: card payments are handled by Wix Payments. We don't see or store your full card number. For invoiced payments, we keep your company name and billing contact.

When you email us: your message and contact details.

When you visit the site: Wix, which hosts this site, collects basic information like pages visited, browser and device type, using cookies. Some cookies are needed for the site to work. Others, like the ones that show us how the site is used, are set only if you allow them. We use this information to see how the site is used.

Who we share it with
We share information only with the services that run this business, and only what they need:

Wix, which hosts the site, bookings, booking emails and card payments (Wix Payments)

Session recordings
We don't record sessions. If that changes, we'll ask for your permission before recording.
How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as we need it to provide services to you, and as long as business and tax records require.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we have about you. Email policy@aperture-cx.com. When you first visit the site, a cookie banner lets you accept all cookies, deny all non-essential cookies, or choose your own settings. You can change your choices at any time using the fingerprint button in the lower-left corner of this page. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Do Not Track. This site doesn't respond differently to a browser's "Do Not Track" signal. Other than Wix, which collects the site information described above, we don't allow other companies to collect information about you on this site, and we don't use advertising or other tools that track you across websites over time.

This site and its services are for working professionals 18 and older.
